Recruitment Specialist

NOK Human Capital is hiring a Mass Hiring Recruiter to handle high-volume hiring.

You will source, screen, and hire candidates quickly and efficiently. Strong communication and organizational skills are key for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end high-volume recruitment for frontline and operational roles
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and virtual/in-person hiring events
• Partner with hiring managers to align on role expectations, timelines, and market strategies
• Host and coordinate job fairs, walk-ins, and mass outreach campaigns
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet dynamic business needs
• Optimize the candidate experience and ensure a streamlined, human-centered hiring process
• Leverage ATS and recruitment analytics to track, improve, and report on key hiring metrics

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment within fast-paced industries (BPO, manufacturing, retail, or logistics preferred)
• Expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates at scale
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to juggle multiple roles and deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)

Location: Maadi, Cairo

Working Hours: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM or 11:00 AM–7:00 PM

Days Off: 2 days (Friday & Saturday)
