About The Role

At SATEL, who we hire defines what we become. This role exists to protect that standard.

The Recruitment Specialist owns the full hiring pipeline from the moment a role opens to the moment a new hire completes their first 90 days. You will work directly with division leads, define what each role truly requires, and ensure every person who joins SATEL is capable of delivering from day one.

This is not a coordination role. It is a control function. You are the first filter and the most important one.

This Role Is Right For You If

  1. You understand that hiring the wrong person costs more than leaving a role open
  2. You understand what it means to assess someone who grew up in a different country, built their career in a different system, and thinks in a different language, and you know exactly what to look for anyway
  3. You run a structured process always not just when someone is watching
  4. You give every candidate a fair, professional experience regardless of whether they get the role
  5. You track your pipeline the way a salesperson tracks their deals daily, precisely, with urgency
  6. You want to build something not just fill positions

What You'll Own

  • The full candidate pipeline for every open role
  • Designing and executing Practical Assessments for every shortlisted candidate
  • Maintaining a minimum of 3 qualified active candidates per open role at all times
  • Delivering shortlists within 7 days of role opening
  • Responding to every candidate within 7 days accept or reject no pending status
  • Tracking every new hire through their first 90 days
  • Maintaining a continuous internship pipeline

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Strong assessment instincts you can read a candidate beyond their CV
  • Highly organized with disciplined pipeline management
  • Fluent in Arabic and English written and spoken, with confidence
  • Experience in real estate, hospitality, or high-growth environments is a plus
  • Comfortable working independently with a clear sense of ownership
