Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and scale our recruitment function across white-collar, blue-collar hiring, and mass hiring team. This role will drive strategic hiring initiatives, and ensure the delivery of high-quality talent pipelines aligned with business goals. You will play a key role in shaping recruitment strategies, optimizing processes, and leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment strategies across white-collar, blue-collar, and mass hiring functions.
  • Oversee and mentor the mass hiring recruitment team to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to align on workforce planning, hiring needs, and market insights.
  • Design and implement scalable sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and large-scale hiring initiatives.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and organize job fairs, walk-ins, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring demands.
  • Optimize recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience across all touchpoints.
  • Utilize ATS systems and recruitment analytics to monitor performance, generate insights, and continuously improve hiring outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition leadership, with a strong background in managing both white-collar and blue-collar recruitment.
  • Demonstrated success in leading high-volume hiring teams within fast-paced industries (BPO, manufacturing, retail, or logistics preferred).
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
  • Expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates at scale.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
