Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Giza. The Recruitment Specialist will manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, including sourcing and hiring top talent to support organizational goals. Responsibilities include conducting interviews, collaborating with department managers, and providing expertise in the hiring process. The role also involves onboarding and training new hires, creating engaging recruitment strategies, and maintaining strong communication channels with both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting to identify and attract top talent
• Strong Interviewing and Communication skills to effectively assess candidates and collaborate with teams
• Experience in Training and onboarding processes to ensure new hires seamlessly integrate into the organization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of industry best practices for talent acquisition and human resources
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
