Job Overview
We are hiring experienced Regional Sales Managers to lead distributor and dealer sales operations for a well-established multinational organization operating in the construction equipment sector. The company is known globally for its engineering excellence, strong product portfolio, and long-standing presence across multiple international markets.
The role focuses on driving sales growth through distributors and dealers across the Middle East and East/North Africa region, strengthening channel partnerships, and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage distributor and dealer networks across assigned territories
- Drive sales performance, revenue growth, and market share for the assigned product line
- Identify new business opportunities and appoint new dealers where required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers
- Support channel partners with sales planning, forecasting, and performance reviews
- Coordinate with internal teams (service, parts, marketing, and operations) to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business plans for management review
- Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial terms, and regional regulations.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of construction equipment or heavy machinery
- Proven experience working with distributors and dealer-led sales models
- Strong exposure to Middle East and/or East/North Africa markets
- Excellent commercial, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple markets and stakeholders
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
