The Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, brokers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders. The role focuses on client satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term value creation for the developer's residential and/or commercial projects in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for buyers, investors, and key clients.
Maintain long-term relationships to drive customer loyalty and repeat sales.
Handle client inquiries, concerns, and post-sales coordination professionally.
Sales & Business Support
Support the sales team by managing existing client portfolios and referrals.
Coordinate with sales, CRM, and marketing teams to ensure smooth client journeys.
Assist in deal negotiations, documentation follow-ups, and payment schedules.
Broker & Channel Partner Relations
Develop and manage relationships with real estate brokers and agencies.
Conduct broker meetings, presentations, and project briefings.
Ensure brokers are updated on inventory, pricing, and promotions.
Customer Experience & After-Sales
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales and handover process.
Coordinate with internal departments (legal, finance, construction, handover).
Address escalations and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Market & Client Insights
Gather feedback from clients and brokers to improve services and offerings.
Stay informed about Dubai real estate market trends and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate client data and reports using CRM systems.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
25 years of experience in real estate development or brokerage in Dubai.
Strong understanding of Dubai real estate regulations and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Fluency in English; Arabic, Russian, or other languages is a strong advantage.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
