Role Description

The Business Development Manager at DAMAC Properties will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and developing and implementing business initiatives to achieve revenue goals. Key responsibilities include market research, client relationship management, business expansion planning, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to support project success. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Strong business acumen with experience in Business Development, Project Management, or Sales Management
• Proficiency in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Strategic Planning
• Exceptional skills in Negotiation, Client Relationship Management, and Communication
• Experience in the real estate sector or working with branded/global projects is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders in a multicultural environment
• Self-driven with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are advantageous
