Job Overview

The Relationship Manager is responsible for business growth through the sale of Leasing and F&I solutions. This job is also responsible for nurturing, managing and building profitable relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. This job promotes the automotive leasing services and meets or exceeds sales targets.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute sales targets as set out in the Sales plan to drive growth in Leasing and F&I.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and addressing client needs effectively.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, responding promptly and resolving any issues to foster trust and long term relationships.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client relationships through tailored solutions and value added services.
  • Oversee and facilitate the client onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition and a thorough understanding of client specific requirements and Leasing and F&I solutions.
  • Educate clients on service offerings and other resources available to them.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and address evolving needs, updating service plans accordingly.
  • Contribute to market penetration strategies by conducting analyses of customer needs, competition, and leasing trends.
  • Evaluate client financial data, providing recommendations based on comprehensive analysis and ensuring alignment with their goals.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure recommendations are compliant with regulations and in line with best practices.
  • Work closely with internal and marketing teams to execute campaigns and materials targeting clients.
  • Manage client documentation ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and meet regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage transactions and maintain transparent, client-specific records.
  • Prepare detailed reports and present data and analyses to aid informed decisions.
  • Stay updated on trends, including alternative leasing models and solutions.
  • Uphold company values throughout business practices and utilise sound judgment in decision making.
  • Any other additional duties as may be required by management based on needs of the business

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client relationship management with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and building long term relationships.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or leasing industry
  • A relevant Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
