We're hiring a Relationship Manager to join our growing team at Elevate. A leading luxury real estate developer in Dubai.
A minimum of 2 years of real estate experience (brokerage or developer) in UAE is a must for this role
As a Relationship Manager, you'll be at the front line of business growth building meaningful relationships, understanding client needs, and driving successful property transactions. It's a role for new opportunities across both local and international markets.
- Plan, execute, and achieve monthly sales targets within defined timeframes.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations ensuring transparent and mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Build and nurture a wide network of brokers, channel partners, and individual clients.
- Manage client and sales data accurately using CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation, payments, and deal completion.
- Stay informed on Dubai's real estate market, demographics, and economic trends to provide data-driven advice.
- Represent Elevate's brand values of trust, transparency, and performance in every interaction.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years of real estate sales experience, ideally with a real estate developer.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Has a wide network of brokers in Dubai, RAK, or other emirates.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in off-plan property sales and supporting multiple launches is a plus.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are advantageous).
- A driven, positive attitude and the resilience to succeed in a performance-focused environment.
