Are you a seasoned Dubai real estate professional who excels at both direct sales and strategic channel management

A premier Real Estate Developer in Dubai is looking for a Senior Property Consultant to join their growing team. Unlike a traditional brokerage role, this position offers a dual-strategic focus: driving high-value direct sales while acting as the primary interface between the Developer and the external brokerage community.

The Role

As a Senior Property Consultant, you will represent the developer's interests, ensuring our projects are positioned correctly in the market. You will manage inventory and pricing integrity while building a robust pipeline of high-net-worth investors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Channel Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external brokerage firms; briefing them on project updates, payment plans, and sales policies.
  • Inventory Control: Manage inventory allocation and ensure external partners adhere to brand standards and pricing policies.
  • Direct Sales: Lead end-to-end sales cycles for HNWIs and VIP clients, from initial presentation to final negotiation.
  • Investor Relations: Cultivate and maintain a private pool of repeat investors for current and upcoming project launches.
  • Market Leadership: Drive early sales momentum during project launch phases and conduct professional site visits and presentations.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 34 years of proven real estate sales experience specifically within the Dubai market.
  • Network: A strong track record of closing deals and an existing network of investors or brokerage contacts.
  • Professionalism: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to represent a developer brand with prestige.
  • Credentialed: RERA certification is preferred (or the commitment to obtain it immediately).
