Research And Development Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on new materials and manufacturing technologies to enhance the strength-to-weight ratio of scaffolding and formwork components.

• Design and develop new products (systems) and improve existing ones to meet evolving market demands and international safety standards.

• Create detailed 3D models and technical manufacturing drawings for prototypes, ensuring they are optimized for the Process Development team.

• Perform structural analysis and stress testing simulations to determine load capacities and safety factors.

• Collaborate with the Technical Office to ensure that new R&D designs can be integrated into the company's standard product catalog and ERP systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in an R&D.
• knowledge of mechanical testing principles, and product design concepts.
• Practical ability to operate standard laboratory equipment and measurement tools accurately.
• Proficiency in basic CAD software for viewing and modifying product drawings.
