About the Job
As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your leadership, operational expertise, and passion for culinary excellence will be key to our success.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role, preferably within a high-end establishment.
- In-depth knowledge of Seafood and Sushi Cuisine, including ingredients, techniques, and presentation.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with staff, guests, and suppliers.
- Demonstrated understanding of financial principles and the ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and make informed decisions.
- Attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively multitask, and problem-solve on the spot.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the successful opening and ongoing operations of the restaurant.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of talented individuals, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging teamwork.
- Create and maintain a culture of exceptional guest service, ensuring all staff members are well-trained in providing personalized and attentive service.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff members, providing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities as needed.
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial controls.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency, working closely with the kitchen team to ensure the delivery of outstanding culinary experiences.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring the availability of high-quality ingredients while managing costs and adhering to budgetary guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional strategies to attract and retain a loyal customer base.
- Monitor and analyze financial and operational data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for both staff and guests.
