About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Pop-Up Retail Operations Manager to oversee our upcoming anime-themed retail pop-ups across malls in Dubai. The role will focus on maximizing sales performance, managing vendor partnerships, and ensuring smooth operational execution from planning to post-event wrap-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day retail sales operations of anime merchandise pop-up stores (blind boxes, keychains, figures, etc.).
- Work closely with the agency/vendor managing booth design, setup, and frontline sales staffing.
- Motivate and drive frontline sales teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely planning, setup, and dismantling of pop-up booths.
- Manage merchandise inventory, including import processes, customs clearance, and logistics.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking to avoid shortages during operations.
- Track and report on sales performance, providing actionable insights to improve results.
- Maintain brand standards and ensure a positive customer shopping experience.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in retail operations or sales management, preferably in mall or pop-up settings.
- Strong background in managing vendors, merchandising, and retail logistics.
- Experience handling imported merchandise and coordinating with shipping/customs is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate sales teams.
- Highly organized with a results-driven mindset.
- Interest in anime culture is a bonus but not required.
