Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Manager located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Retail Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. Core responsibilities include meeting sales targets, fostering a positive team environment, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the boutique offers an excellent shopping experience. Additionally, the Retail Manager will develop strategies to optimize customer satisfaction and enhance store performance.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage with clients and effectively address their needs.
• Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction through delivering high-quality, personalized service experiences.
• Experience in Team Management, including training, coaching, and leading teams to achieve performance goals.
• Proficiency in driving Sales growth and achieving retail targets.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in inventory management systems are highly valuable.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in high-end or luxury retail is an advantage.
