Role Description

In the Retail Support - Grads - B2 role, you will be responsible for assisting retail customers, providing product information, and resolving inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will include handling customer interactions, offering tailored solutions, and promoting products effectively. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo, providing opportunities for professional growth while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications
  • Retail Sales and Product Knowledge to effectively understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build positive relationships and address inquiries efficiently
  • Strong Communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced retail environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, with prior experience in retail or customer service being a plus
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage
