Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Account Manager located in Riyadh. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, managing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through lead generation and sales strategies. Daily responsibilities include addressing customer queries, identifying business opportunities, ensuring excellent customer support, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

  • Strong Customer Service and Lead Generation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse client groups
  • Experience with sales strategies and meeting performance targets
  • Problem-solving capability and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience in IT, technology, or relevant sectors is a plus
