Role Description
We are seeking a full-time remote B2B Business Development and Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, and building and managing client relationships to drive revenue growth. Your day-to-day tasks will also include developing sales strategies, communicating with prospective and existing clients, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.

- Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Excellent Communication skills, with proficiency in both written and verbal interactions.
- Experience with Lead Generation and a proven track record of building and managing client pipelines.
- Proficiency in Market Research to identify opportunities and inform strategies.
- Strong Customer Service skills to effectively address client needs and foster long-term relationships.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives in a B2B environment.
- A self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills to succeed in a remote setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
