Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on promoting our IT services, specifically Professional Services and Training, to existing and potential clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales and a passion for technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for IT services and training offerings.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory or accounts.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
Understand client business needs and align IT services and training solutions to meet those needs.
Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored service packages and training programs.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Provide feedback to internal teams on market demands and customer requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
35 years of experience in IT services sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
