Sales Account Manager

Job Purpose:

Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with the company's most strategic clients. This role involves developing a deep understanding of client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and driving revenue growth through effective account management and sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term success.

-Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

-Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work to expand the client portfolio.

-Collaborate with internal teams (Pre sales, product, customer service) to deliver customized solutions.

-Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

-Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities.

-Ensure timely and successful delivery of products/services according to customer needs.

-Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress in the CRM system.

-Coordinate with project management, engineering and other internal teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to project execution, and follow up on final acceptance.

-Participate in regular meetings with the sales management to review progress, discuss challenges, and plan strategic initiatives.

-Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.

-Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build and maintain a strong industry presence.

Job Requirements:

-3-5 years of experience in the Hospitality Sector & General Business Sector.

-Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

-Professional attitude and business etiquette.

-Self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.

-Fluent in English.

-Computer Skills: CRM, MS office, ERP, Datacenter solutions.
