Overview

As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a significant portfolio of accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will leverage your exceptional negotiation and customer support skills to build strong, lasting relationships with our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and expand a substantial portfolio of accounts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Provide exceptional customer support and ensure client satisfaction.

Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.

Achieve and exceed sales targets.

Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

13 years of experience in sales or business development.

Proven experience in account management and customer relationship management (CRM).

Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.

Strong customer support and communication skills.

Experience working in the SaaS industry is highly desirable.

Must be hardworking and able to manage a large portfolio of accounts.

Proficiency in CRM systems.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Strong customer support and rapport-building abilities.

Proven track record in sales and business development.

Familiarity with SaaS companies is a plus.
