Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Account Manager, based in Cairo, Egypt, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Sales Account Manager will oversee customer account management, including cultivating strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include lead generation, promoting products and services, negotiating contracts, and resolving customer issues efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction strategies
  • Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to address and resolve client issues effectively
  • Experience in Lead Generation and developing business opportunities
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively in both in-office and remote environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the EdTech or education sector is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage
