About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive Enterprise Sales Account Manager to join our team in Maadi. This role focuses on managing and growing strategic enterprise accounts, particularly in industries such as Data Centers, Managed Services, Cybersecurity, IaaS/PaaS, and Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate is results-driven, relationship-focused, and has a deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in assigned enterprise accounts.
- Understand client business needs and align solutions to achieve their objectives.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing and post-sales account management.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Track and report on account activity, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of sales experience with a strong focus on enterprise or B2B accounts.
- 1+ years of experience in enterprise account management within industries such as Data Centers, Professional Services, Managed Services, Cybersecurity, IaaS/PaaS, and Cloud services.
- Proven expertise in strategic account management, enterprise sales cycles, negotiation, and contract management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Financial Services, Technology, or related industries.
- Familiarity with enterprise product/service offerings and ability to position solutions effectively.
- Knowledge of market competitors and industry trends.
