Sales Account Manager

As a Sales Account Manager at Managed Services, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for understanding their needs, positioning our solutions effectively, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage your own portfolio of existing clients while identifying and nurturing new business opportunities
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales while building long-term partnerships
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for client solutions
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports in our CRM system

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in sales/account management, preferably in IT or related industries
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication skills, both in Arabic and English, with strong presentation and negotiation capabilities
  • In-depth understanding of cybersecurity and IT solutions is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
