Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Account Manager based in Dubai. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day client communication, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing the entire sales process. The role includes developing and executing sales strategies, managing client accounts, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring seamless delivery of solutions. The candidate will also handle product presentations, client onboarding, and follow-ups to maintain strong client relationships.

Basic Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• 13 years of experience in Sales within the Dubai market.
• Proficiency in sales management and related processes
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Dubai
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Candidates currently residing in Dubai will be given priority

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in selling digital marketing services, web development solutions, CRM systems, or mobile apps
• Strong understanding of SEO, branding, digital advertising, and marketing tools
• Familiarity with the Dubai/UAE market and client landscape
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in agency or technology environments
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams (marketing, development, design, etc.)
• Ability to deliver product demos, presentations, and client training sessions
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
• Experience in digital marketing and web solutions is a strong plus
