Akefak is an upcoming digital platform designed to connect clients with ready-to-book service providers in weddings, events, tourism, and honeymoon services. As we prepare for launch in the UAE, we are expanding our partner network and seeking a Sales Account Manager to play a key role in onboarding and maintaining high-value service providers.

This role is essential for building Akefak's marketplace, strengthening relationships, and ensuring providers offer their services smoothly and successfully on the app.

Role Overview

The Sales Account Manager will identify, onboard, and manage service providers across the UAEcovering venues, wedding halls, farms, hotels, travel agencies, honeymoon package providers, photographers, caterers, planners, and more.

You will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, managing accounts, and ensuring service providers have an excellent experience on the platform.

This is a client-facing, target-driven role requiring strong communication, relationship building, and sales expertise.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvider Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Identify, prospect, and approach potential service providers across weddings, events, tourism, hospitality, and travel sectors.
  • Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings to explain Akefak's benefits and onboard new partners.
  • Confidently pitch Akefak's value proposition and close partnerships.
Account Management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with service providers.
  • Understand provider needs and ensure Akefak delivers value to support their business growth.
  • Manage multiple vendor accounts simultaneously and ensure they remain active on the platform.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve partner issues quickly and professionally.
Sales & Growth
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets related to provider acquisition and revenue.
  • Generate leads, negotiate agreements, and drive onboarding conversion.
  • Identify new business opportunities to expand Akefak's marketplace.
Internal Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and partner satisfaction.
  • Share market insights and feedback to support continuous improvement of the platform.
Qualifications & RequirementsExperience
  • 23 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or account managementpreferably in tech, SaaS, event services, tourism, or service-based industries.
  • Previous experience dealing with wedding halls, hotels, farms, event planners, photographers, catering companies, travel agencies, and honeymoon providers is a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and pitching abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts efficiently and professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable conducting both in-person and virtual sales meetings.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a structured sales pipeline.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism Management, or a related field (preferred).
