Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Account Manager, based on-site in Cairo. The role involves managing client accounts, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Account Manager will focus on lead generation, cultivating strong client relationships, and driving business growth through effective communication and strategic account planning.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Account Management and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in Customer Service and cultivating positive client relationships
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and identifying growth opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills and ability to maintain client rapport
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Previous experience in sales roles, particularly in the tourism or travel industry, is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
