Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Umm Al Quwain for a Sales Administrator / Technical Sales Support Officer. The role will support the sales and technical teams by coordinating sales documentation, preparing quotations, assisting with technical proposals, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, sales executives and internal departments.

The position involves managing customer inquiries, email monitoring & follow ups, sales & production coordination, customer communication, logistic & dispatch coordination, order & documentation tracking, internal reporting and customer relantionship support. This role plays a key part in strengthening the efficiency of the sales process within a fast-paced manufacturing and modular construction environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration, technical sales support, or a similar coordination role
• Ability to prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
• Basic understanding of technical drawings, specifications, or engineering-related documentation is an advantage
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, modular buildings, or engineering industries is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
