Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions. The role includes managing the entire sales cycle, building strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and services. The successful candidate will also handle customer inquiries, provide after-sales support, and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications

• Fluency In English Is a MUST.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Customer service and problem-solving skills to address client inquiries effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Prior sales experience, with a background in insurance or financial services being a plus
