About the Role:

BSM Property is building a high-performance secondary market and property management team in Dubai.

We are hiring Sales & Leasing Consultants who are serious about earning, growing, and performing in a structured environment.

This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential, designed for individuals who want to build a real career in Dubai real estate.

What You'll Do

-Generate listings within assigned communities

-Prospect landlords and property owners

-Conduct property viewings

-Qualify tenants and buyers

-Negotiate and close rental and sales transactions

-Introduce and promote property management services to landlords

-Manage client relationships from first contact to closing

-Maintain accurate CRM updates

-UAE driving license (mandatory)

Freshers with a strong sales personality are welcome.

Experienced agents with a proven track record in the UAE market may qualify for an adjusted compensation structure (Basic + Commissions).
