Sales And Marketing Specialist

Core Responsibilities:

1. Decompose core indicators of the annual sales target for the Middle East and Africa (MEA) regional market and ensure target achievement.

3. Manage MEA regional market operations, analyze competitive landscape and formulate corresponding countermeasures.

4. Develop and implement sales solutions for key accounts in the MEA regional market.

5. Drive new market expansion in the MEA region and oversee store planning and construction.

6. Improve operational quality of MEA regional distributors and ensure their compliance management.

Job Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.

3. Competencies: Insightfulness - keen insight into market trends and ability to accurately translate customer needs; Innovation - strong sense of innovation and learning ability, good at summarizing experience and carrying out business innovatively to meet customer needs; Coordination & Integration - excellent cross-departmental and cross-team communication and coordination skills to integrate resources for maximum value; proficient in written and spoken English (working language); skilled in Microsoft Office.
