Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Qesm El Maadi. The specialist will be responsible for developing and managing sales activities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving business growth. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new sales opportunities, managing the sales cycle, and liaising with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to drive revenue and meet targets.
  • Experience in Training team members to enhance their sales capabilities and professional growth.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales and marketing, particularly within the publishing or media industry, is a plus.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and marketing platforms to manage leads and campaigns.
