Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Al Ain. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers to provide product information, understanding customer needs, achieving sales targets, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role also involves managing product displays, ensuring stock availability, and handling transactions while supporting team members in day-to-day sales activities.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build customer relationships and address inquiries effectively
  • Sales skills, including the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Customer service and problem-solving abilities to provide an excellent shopping experience
  • Organizational skills for managing inventory, product displays, and transactions
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting
  • Previous experience in luxury retail or sales is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a higher degree or certification in sales or a related field is a plus
