We are a fast-growing and dynamic international company with European roots, and operations across six countries. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Sales Associate to support Support the sales team by generating a robust pipeline, qualifying prospects, and driving outreach efforts to secure new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to prospective clients using email, phone, and other approved outreach methods
- Research and qualify companies and contacts using publicly available information to determine suitability and interest
- Engage prospects in initial conversations to understand needs and confirm qualification criteria
- Book qualified meetings for senior members of the sales team and ensure smooth handover of relevant context
- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete records of all outreach and prospect interactions in the CRM
- Consistently follow up with prospects to progress conversations or confirm lack of interest
- Work within defined sales processes, outreach sequences, and activity standards to ensure consistency and quality
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to improve outreach effectiveness and lead quality
- Participate in regular team meetings, training, and coaching to improve performance continuously

Requirements
- Early-career experience in sales, customer support, outreach, or a comparable role
- Basic familiarity with CRM systems or sales tools
