Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Development Specialist with a 5 years of proven experience in the engineering contracting field, specifically in factory and industrial construction. The ideal candidate must have a strong and active network of industry relationships and a proven ability to bring real projects to the company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, develop, and secure new construction projects in the industrial and factory sector.
- Utilize personal network and industry connections to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and industrial investors.
- Coordinate with technical and estimation teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Lead negotiations and close deals in line with company objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements :
- 5 years of proven experience in Business Development within engineering contracting or factory construction.
- Strong and established network of relationships in the industrial construction market (mandatory).
- Demonstrated ability to deliver actual projects, not just leads.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Education: Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent .
