Position Overview:

This is a full-time on-site role for aSales / Business Development Manager located in Dubai. This role is responsible for driving sales and expanding market presence by engaging with clients. This role focuses on developing relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs, and delivering effective solutions. Responsibilities:

Develop and expand the DubaiQatar trade and logistics network, building strong commercial relationships in both markets.

Identify and approach potential customers, effectively presenting and promoting the company's logistics services.

Generate new business by targeting prospective clients within the logistics and freight forwarding sector.

Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities, particularly within the DubaiQatar corridor.

Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline, nurturing leads through the entire sales cycle.

Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide informed solutions and insights to clients.

Evaluate customer requirements and establish productive, long-term relationships.

Research accounts and proactively generate and follow up on sales leads.

Promote Air, Land, and Sea Freight solutions to drive consistent sales growth.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the execution of the overall sales strategy.

Requirements:

Proven sales experience of 3-4 years in the Shipping/Freight/Express industry

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Well versed with Global supply chain /E Commerce/Freight /Express industry regulations & Process

Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.

Valid Driving License.

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
