Job Overview:
We are seeking a self-driven and motivated Sales Consultant to promote and sell our Property Management Services exclusively to landlords in Dubai. This is a purely commission-based opportunity suitable for individuals with a valid UAE residence visa (sponsored) who can work independently and bring their own leads and referrals from the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach landlords or tenants or property owners in Dubai who may benefit from professional property management services.
- Generate and nurture your own leads and referrals through networking, cold calling, field visits, or personal connections.
- Present and promote property management service packages to prospective clients effectively.
- Negotiate terms and close deals with property owners.
- Maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide regular updates and reporting on sales activities and pipeline.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate or sales is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
Compensation:
- Fixed Salary (Basic) + Attractive commission structure based on closed property management contracts.
