Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our Abu Dhabi-based team. This is a client-facing, on-site role focused on relationship building, consultative selling, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a regulated financial environment.
You will manage the full sales lifecyclefrom initial engagement through onboarding and ongoing account managementworking closely with internal compliance and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and intermediaries
- Provide consultative guidance tailored to each client's transaction structure and risk profile
- Clearly articulate Escrow Made Easy's regulatory status, value proposition, and service model
- Manage and grow a portfolio of active accounts with a strong focus on retention and repeat business
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting
- Deliver consistent follow-up and high-touch customer service throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Collaborate closely with compliance, operations, and leadership to ensure seamless execution
- Consistently operate with a customer-centric mindset in a highly regulated environment
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally in financial services, escrow, payments, FX, or real estate
- Real estate industry exposure (brokers, developers, conveyancing, or transaction support) is highly preferred
- Strong forecasting accuracy and disciplined pipeline management
- Demonstrated customer-centric approach with a focus on long-term relationship value
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven, collaborative team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with the UAE / Middle East market is an advantage
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus
