Job Title: Retail Sales Consultant

Role Purpose
To offer exceptional customer service while maximizing all sales opportunities.
Key Accountabilities
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Follow the sales process to maximize sales.
- Understand features and benefits of all Travelex product lines.
- Use every opportunity to upsell and cross-sell.
- Recognize warning signs of questionable transactions and mitigate potential risks.
- Adhere to promotional marketing offers.
- Manage till stocks effectively.
- Achieve individual KPIs and sales targets.
- Investigate and report overages and shortages.
- Comply with company and location policies and procedures, including:
- Audit
- Risk
- Health & Safety
- Security
- Customer service requirements
- Ensure legal and corporate compliance.
- Maintain high standards of store housekeeping and presentation.
- Contribute positively to team success.
- Complete all required training within specified timelines.

- Experience in retail, cash handling, and/or banking.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Good numerical ability.
- Sound knowledge of products, services, and procedures.
- Experience working with computer systems.

- Flexibility to work various shifts and locations.
- Proficiency in English.
