Job Purpose
The Senior Sales Consultant at Mercedes-Benz is responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience while achieving individual and team sales targets. This role demands a consultative approach to selling, in-depth product knowledge, and a passion for the Mercedes-Benz brand. The Senior Sales Consultant will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through the entire purchase journey — from initial consultation to vehicle delivery and after-sales follow-up.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets in both new and certified pre-owned vehicles
- Effectively manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and customer qualification to closing the sale
- Promote and utilize financial services, trade-in programs, and value-added products to support deal closure
- Deliver a premium, personalized customer experience aligned with the Mercedes-Benz brand values
- Conduct needs analysis to recommend appropriate models and configurations tailored to each customer
- Manage test drives, product demonstrations, and showroom walk-arounds professionally and confidently
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the entire Mercedes-Benz model range, including features, specifications, technologies, and pricing
- Serve as a brand ambassador, confidently representing the image, culture, and standards of Mercedes-Benz at all touchpoints
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of customer data and activities on the CRM system
- Follow up on leads generated from showroom traffic, digital channels, events, and referrals
- Build and nurture a loyal customer base through effective relationship management and follow-up
- Coordinate with Product Experts, Finance Advisors, and Delivery Teams to ensure seamless customer handover
- Support junior sales team members through guidance, mentorship, and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in premium or luxury brands
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
