Job Type: Full-time (Frequent travel across North Africa)

Reporting To: Country Manager – MENA

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across North Africa. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with strong technical sales experience and deep exposure to process industries such as Energy & Utilities, Oil & Gas, Steel, Cement, Mining, and Data Centers.

You will play a key role in expanding market presence, building strategic relationships, and delivering revenue growth in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Drive revenue growth and consistently achieve sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to build a robust sales pipeline

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and solution-oriented support

3. Market Intelligence

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Support the development of tailored solutions that meet client needs

5. Reporting & Forecasting

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and budgets
  • Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 3–4 years of technical sales experience in process industries (Energy, Oil & Gas, Steel, Cement, Mining, etc.)
  • Industry Network: Strong connections with key decision-makers in target sectors
  • Core Skills:
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the region
  • Self-driven, independent, and team-oriented mindset
