MetLife Egypt is hiring Sales Insurance professionals to join our growing team in Cairo. In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisorhelping individuals and corporate clients protect what matters and make smarter financial decisions, while building a strong, long-term career.

What You'll Do
  • Build and manage relationships with individual and corporate clients to maximize revenue and retention
  • Conduct needs analysis, deliver professional presentations, and provide tailored financial consultations
  • Act as a trusted advisor and client advocate with ongoing follow-up and support
  • Own and manage your sales pipeline and report activity/performance
  • Deliver on monthly sales targets and contribute to sustainable portfolio growth
  • Support renewals and identify opportunities for upsell/cross-sell (as applicable)
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience (insurance, medical, pharmaceutical, or financial fields are a plus)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Consultative selling mindset with a clear focus on customer value and long-term relationships
  • Ability to manage targets, follow-ups, and pipeline discipline
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • Must be based in Cairo
How Success Is Measured (General Metrics)
  • Consistent achievement of monthly targets
  • Pipeline health and conversion (lead meeting proposal closed)
  • Quality of client relationships and retention (renewals where applicable)
  • CRM discipline, reporting quality, and follow-up consistency
