Job Title: Real Estate Sales Consultant Location: 6th of October, Giza Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years in Real Estate/Brokerage
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Identify and reach out to prospective clients through various channels.
- Property Consulting: Provide expert advice to clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements.
- Site Visits: Conduct professional property tours and presentations in the 6th of October and Sheikh Zayed areas.
- Negotiation: Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a win-win for both the client and the developer.
- CRM Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Consultant in the Real Estate industry (Brokerage experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market in West Cairo (6th of October & Sheikh Zayed).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
