Job Purpose:
As a Sales Consultant at SimplySolved, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth by identifying, acquiring, and nurturing client relationships. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions that help them achieve their objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients through outbound efforts, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Understand clients business challenges and provide customized solutions to meet their objectives.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations for potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals professionally and within target timelines.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the UAE market.
- At least 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, IT, or professional services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Knowledge of accounting and business solutions is a plus.
