Principal Accountabilities
- Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the sales team in daily sales operations and administrative tasks
- Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Prepare sales quotations, contracts, invoices, and delivery documentation
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
- Monitor inventory levels and inform the sales team of stock availability
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and complaints professionally
- Assist in sales forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis
- Coordinate promotions, product launches, and sampling activities
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality standards, and company policies
- Support key account management and distributor coordination
- Track pricing, discounts, and promotional offers
- Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales coordination or administration, preferably in food & beverages
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
- Knowledge of food & beverage products, supply chain, and shelf-life management
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Preferred SkillsExperience working with distributors, retailers, or horeca clients
- Familiarity with food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, or similar)
- Experience with ERP systems and order management software
- Multilingual communication skills (preferred but not required)
