Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Business Setup sales team. This role will ensure smooth coordination between prospective clients, the sales team, and internal departments. The ideal candidate will manage client inquiries, assist in generating proposals, handle documentation, and support the end-to-end sales process to deliver exceptional customer experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Business Setup sales team.
- Manage inbound leads via email, WhatsApp, CRM, and phone, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal departments (PRO/Operations/Compliance/Finance) to ensure clients receive accurate information and support throughout the process.
- Track client onboarding progress, ensuring all documents are submitted and processed correctly.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, signed clients, and ongoing cases within CRM systems.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, conversion metrics, and pipeline data for management review.
- Support the team in organizing presentations, meetings, product/service briefs, and promotional events.
- Build strong relationships with clients to support retention and future service upselling (e.g., visa processing, corporate bank account, office solutions).
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in sales coordination or back-end sales support; exposure to the Business Setup / Company Formation / Immigration / PRO industry is a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong customer service orientation.
- Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM/ERP systems.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
