Job Description

We're hiring a Sales Development Representative to join Gameball's revenue team; someone who sits at the front lines of growth.
At Gameball, SDRs don't just generate leads. You'll start conversations with growth leaders, CRM teams, product owners, and executives about one of the toughest challenges in business: increasing customer retention, driving repeat purchases, and building sustainable revenue.
You'll be part of a team helping brands move beyond discount-driven growth toward smarter loyalty and engagement strategies. This means understanding real business problems, not just pitching features.
You'll work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Leadership to build pipeline, test messaging, and bring market insights back into the company.
This role is ideal for someone curious about how businesses operate, comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders, and motivated to build a career in SaaS sales or growth.
You don't need deep loyalty expertise. You need curiosity, resilience, strong communication skills, and the drive to learn fast.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and engage target accounts across mobile apps, retail, e-commerce, and fintech using email, LinkedIn, calls, and events.
  • Conversation Building: Start meaningful conversations around customer retention, loyalty strategy, and growth challenges — not just pitching features.
  • Lead Qualification: Understand prospect needs, assess fit, and qualify opportunities before handing off to Account Executives.
  • Pipeline Generation: Consistently create qualified meetings that contribute to revenue growth.
  • Market Feedback Loop: Share insights from conversations to improve messaging, campaigns, and product positioning.
  • CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate records, track activity, and keep pipeline data clean.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing on campaigns and follow-ups, and with sales on account strategy.

REQUIREMENTS
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer success, or a client-facing role (SaaS exposure is a plus but not required)
  • Strong communication skills; you can write clearly and speak confidently
  • AI-fluent; you actively use AI tools in your daily workflow and are comfortable with prompt engineering to improve your speed and output
  • Resilient and comfortable with rejection
  • Organized and able to manage outreach across multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Curious about technology, SaaS, and business growth
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Fluent or strong working proficiency in Arabic
  • Active on LinkedIn — or eager to build a presence
  • Proactively take ownership of your targets and development
  • Experience in outbound prospecting or lead generation
  • Exposure to SaaS, MarTech, CRM, or loyalty programs
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or outreach platforms
  • Understanding of B2C business models, retention, or customer lifecycle
  • Experience working with international customers
  • Public presence on LinkedIn or interest in building one
