What You'll Do with us
- Cold calling senior decision-makers to generate qualified leads and meetings in UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait
- Run outbound LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns targeting banks, government bodies, and defence organisations
- Automate outreach where possible using modern sales tools (sequencing, enrichment, CRM workflows)
- Research and identify C-level, VP, and Director-level stakeholders (IT, AI, Security, Digital Transformation)
- Secure introductory and discovery calls and convert them into Proof of Concept (PoC) opportunities
- Work closely with founders and sales leadership to refine messaging, ICPs, and outreach strategy
- Keep CRM clean and updated with accurate notes, activity, and pipeline status
What We're Looking For
- 14 years of experience in SDR / outbound sales, ideally selling B2B, enterprise, SaaS, or infrastructure
- Comfortable cold calling senior stakeholders (this is non-negotiable)
- Strong written communication for LinkedIn and email outreach
- Experience booking meetings with C-suite and VPs
- Ability to understand and explain technical or complex products (AI, cloud, security is a plus)
- Highly organised, persistent, and metrics-driven
- Not afraid of rejection and understands that enterprise sales is a numbers game
Nice to Have
- Experience selling into banks, government, defence, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with tools likeApollo, Sales Navigator, Outreach, or similar
- Interest in AI, cloud infrastructure, or cybersecurity
- Experience supporting deals that lead to pilots or PoCs
