Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Sales Cubicle is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The SDR will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to generate leads
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess their potential and understand their needs
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects
- Maintain CRM data accuracy and manage sales activities reporting
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies
- Follow up promptly with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 0-6 months of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills
