Sales Director

This is a full-time on-site position for a Sales Director based in Riyadh. The Sales Director will lead and manage sales operations, develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational objectives, and foster relationships with key clients. Additional responsibilities include overseeing the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role requires a proactive approach to business development, team leadership, and the achievement of revenue targets.

• Proven expertise in Sales, Sales Operations, and achieving sales targets.
• Strong skills in Business Development and identifying market opportunities.
• Experience in Customer Service with a customer-focused approach.
• Team Management skills, including leading, mentoring, and motivating sales teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in an on-site role in Riyadh and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Experience in the investment, retail, or real estate sectors is a plus.
