Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and manage the sales function of our real estate development projects. The Sales Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams and broker networks, and ensuring successful project sales performance from launch to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

Set sales targets, pricing strategies, and absorption plans for projects.

Analyze market trends, competition, and customer demand.

Project Sales Management

Lead sales activities for residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.

Plan and execute project launches in coordination with marketing teams.

Manage inventory, bookings, and sales pipelines.

Team Leadership

Recruit, train, and manage internal sales teams.

Set KPIs, monitor performance, and provide coaching.

Build a high-performing, results-driven sales culture.

Broker & Channel Management

Establish and manage relationships with brokers, agents, and channel partners.

Negotiate brokerage agreements and commission structures.

Expand and optimize sales channels.

Client Relations & Closing

Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.

Support negotiations and closing of high-value transactions.

Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction.

Reporting & Coordination

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.

Work closely with finance, legal, and operations teams.

Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

812 years of experience in real estate sales, with senior leadership exposure.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets in real estate development.

Experience managing sales teams and external brokers.

Strong knowledge of local real estate markets and sales practices.
